Summer trivia: Story of Jake Reisdorf - Caramel Honey Company.

During my summer travels, while wandering around the Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco, I came across this cute shop selling honey and other bee-related products. No doubt, I was curious and when I ventured into the shop, I was absolutely fascinated by Jake's story. Jake Reisdorf, the business owner, started this initiative after his bee-related project during his lower school years! He is an inspiration to many teens like us. His passion for bees and his research on Colony Collapse Disorder led him to deliver raw and pure honey, in fact, the slogan of the company is: Bringing you the best honey in the world!

I tasted the honey, and it was delicious😊

Quoting from Jake's store pamphlet, where he cited Albert Einstein: " If the bee disappears from the surface of the Earth, man would have no more than four years to live".
